- 7–15 business days depending on the destination and carrier capacity.
No minimum purchase is required.
Express Shipping
For customers who prefer a faster delivery window, express shipping is available at checkout.

Express shipping charges are displayed clearly before payment.
Duties & Taxes Included
To ensure a smooth and worry-free delivery experience:
- All duties, customs fees, VAT/GST, and taxes are included in the product price.
- You will not be charged any additional import or customs fees upon delivery.
- Lorëven manages all international compliance, documentation, and import requirements.
Order Tracking
- Upon dispatch, a tracking link will be shared via email/SMS.
- Tracking visibility may vary based on the courier and destination.
- If your tracking status shows “delivered” but you have not received your order, please contact the carrier first, then reach out to us for assistance.
Shipping Address Requirements
To ensure successful delivery, customers must provide a complete and accurate shipping address.
Lorëven is not responsible for:
- Delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses
- Unclaimed deliveries
- Packages returned due to recipient unavailability
If a shipment returns to us due to address issues, reshipping fees must be covered by the customer.
Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments
We take great care in packaging and dispatching your order.
- If a shipment is lost in transit, we will assist in coordinating with the carrier.
- Lorëven is not liable for delays resulting from customs processes, weather conditions, or courier disruptions.
- For damaged items, please contact us within 24 hours with photos and an unboxing video to initiate a claim.
Order Changes & Cancellations
- Once an order has entered the processing stage, modifications or cancellations cannot be guaranteed.
- Please contact us as soon as possible if you need assistance—our team will do its best to help.
Return-to-Origin (RTO)
If a shipment is returned due to:
- Incorrect address
- Failed delivery attempts
- Customer refusal
then:
- Reshipping costs or handling charges will be the customer’s responsibility.
- If a refund is applicable, RTO and handling charges will be deducted.
