At Loreven, we take pride in delivering premium-quality products worldwide. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully.
Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 30 days from the date of delivery.
To qualify, items must be:
- Unused and unworn
- In original condition
- Unwashed and unaltered
- With all original packaging and tags attached
Non-returnable items include:
- Customized or personalized products
- Final sale / clearance items
- Items showing signs of wear, stains, damage, or odor
Lorëven reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at:
care@loreven.com
After your return request is approved:
- You will receive return instructions and the return address.
- Pack the item securely, ideally in the original packaging.
- Ship the item back to us using a trackable international courier service.
Return Shipping Costs
International Orders:
- Return shipping is paid by the customer.
- Any customs, duties, or import charges applied when the return reaches India must also be borne by the customer.
- Lorëven does not refund original shipping charges.
Refunds
Once your returned item reaches us, it undergoes a Quality Check (QC).
Refund Approval
- A refund is approved only if the item passes QC.
If QC Passes
- You will receive a refund to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.
If the item does not meet return conditions:
- We will notify you.
- You can have the item shipped back to you at your own cost.
- No refund will be issued
Items left unclaimed for 30 days after a failed QC will be considered abandoned.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges for international orders.
To change size or color:
- Return the item.
- Place a new order once your refund is processed
This ensures faster processing and better stock accuracy.
Cancellations
- Orders can be canceled only if they have not been shipped.
- Once shipped, the order must be handled via the return process.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Lorëven is not responsible for:
- Packages lost due to incorrect addresses entered by the customer.
- Packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier but not received
We will assist in carrier communication, but no refund is guaranteed.
Items Damaged During International Transit
If your package arrives damaged:
- Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
- Provide photos/videos.
- We will assist with resolution based on courier policies
