Returns & Refunds Policy
At Lorëven, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Each piece is carefully inspected before shipping. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund guidelines below.
- The item is unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in its original packaging with tags attached.
- The return request is raised within 7 days of receiving your order.
Please note:
- Items purchased on sale or during promotional offers are final sale and not eligible for return.
- We do not accept returns for reasons such as shipping time dissatisfaction, as delivery estimates are clearly stated at checkout and in our policies.
- Custom-made or personalized products
- Intimate wear or innerwear (for hygiene reasons)
- Gift cards
- Email us at care@loreven.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, reason for return, and clear photos (if applicable).
- Our team will review your request and provide instructions for returning the item.
- You will be responsible for shipping the item back to us at your cost. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as Loreven is not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please place a new order after your return is processed.
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at care@loreven.com. We will work to resolve the issue promptly.
