We accept all major international credit and debit cards. Payments are processed securely in your local currency at checkout.
- Can I edit or cancel my order?
Please email us at care@loreven.com within 2 hours of placing your order. After that, the order may already be in processing.
Shipping & Delivery
- Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide including to the UK, USA, and Canada. Shipping costs and delivery timelines will be shown at checkout
- How long will my order take to arrive?
International orders may take 7–14 business days depending on the destination.
- How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email and SMS.
- Will I have to pay customs duties or taxes?
For international orders, customs duties may apply depending on your country’s regulations. Currently, all international orders are shipped DDU (Duties Unpaid). We are working towards introducing DDP soon for a smoother experience.
Returns & Exchanges
- What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition, unworn and with all tags intact.
- How do I initiate a return?

- Are international returns accepted?
Yes, however return shipping costs are borne by the customer for international orders.
- Are there items not eligible for return?
Yes, items on sale, accessories, and personalized products are not eligible for return or exchange.
